Campaign Producer - Double J (2024 - present)

Producing campaigns across Double J radio & digital channels.

Helped develop, plan and produce The Filthy Fifty - the latest countdown from Double J focusing on the 50 best songs about Sex. Campaign included nightly radio shows hosted by Yumi Stynes, music history audio packages with Chit Chat Von Loopin Stab, guest mixes/remixes, specials across other ABC networks.

Special Projects Producer - triple j (2024)

Helped develop, plan and produce triple j’s On Ya Bike - the first bike ride rave, working with international DJ Dom Whiting and Sunshine Coast Council.

Also helped develop and execute triple j’s Bars of Steel Live - a Western Sydney focused hip hop gig in the heart of Parramatta, NSW.

Senior Producer - triple j (2021 - 2024)

Member of triple j management and line manager for radio production team. Oversaw and helped develop content on daily national radio programs including Breakfast and Drive

Series Producer - triple j (2020 - 2021)

Strategizing, planning and carrying out special campaigns and events across triple j.

Highlights include;

  • creating ‘triple j Takeover’ - a weeklong event taking triple j, Double J and triple j Unearthed out of the office and onto the streets of Shepparton, Victoria.

  • Focusing on one of the youngest and most diverse populations in the country, I helped orchestrate an entire campaign for the first time which featured several free events for locals including la live episode of Zan Rowe’s award winning Take 5 podcast at the Shepparton Art Museum (with local legend/unofficial mayor Briggs) and a DJ night with some of the biggest dance acts in the country.

  • We also broadcast live from around the town, including a special episode of Blak Out focusing on the local indigenous history and held music workshops at the local high school in conjunction with Sounds Australia. This worked alongside the ABC’s regional campaign Heywire to support their annual regional storytelling takeover, giving national coverage to hyper local issues facing the young citizens of Shepparton.

  • Also created ‘The Bright Side’ - a positivity themed week across all shows on triple j including giveaways, competitions, special guests, music programming and more.

Content Producer - triple j (2015 - Present)

Worked as content producer across multiple programs including the weekday Breakfast & Drive shows, Like A Version, the Friday Mix and more.

Also producing Dr Karl's long running science segment/podcast on triple j Mornings (Nominated for ‘Best Radio Podcast’ at 2020 Australia Podcast Awards).

Previously worked as lead producer on triple j Breakfast with Matt & Alex (2015), Breakfast with Ben & Liam (2016) Drive with Veronica & Lewis (2019) & Good Nights/Mornings with Linda Marigliano (2018-2020)

Highlights include;
- Working on Hottest 100 live broadcasts (2015 - 2019), broadcasting to several million listeners around the world.

- Producing and curating ‘Inspired’ podcast with Linda Marigliano and Lucy Smith . Featuring multiple episodes in iTunes podcast charts and working alongside Australian acts (Paul Kelly, Vance Joy, Bag Radiers, Ruel, Alison Wonderland), as well as International acts (The Prodigy, Mumford and Sons, Franz Ferdinand, Kimbra, K Flay)

- Produced the 'Like A Version' segment with triple j's Live Music & video teams. (Multiple acts pitched/organised by myself have appeared on the yearly highlights CD & appeared in Hottest 100 countdowns)

- Producing multiple social media videos with large reaction online. (Dylan Alcott sneaking Wu-Tang Clan references onto Q & A, Zipper & Shitstick debut on triple j Breakfast with Ben & Liam, ABC News 24 covering Splendour in the Grass reactions, Expert Whip-Cracker covers Flume 'Never Be Like You')

- Organising 'triple j's O-Mazing Race' - a cross state radio competition between Breakfast & Drive programs, who had to compete challenged at several university orientation week events.

- Working at triple j's live broadcasts from Splendour in the Grass music festival (2016-2019) and Laneway Sydney music festival (2019) Duties included backstage interviews with artists, live crosses from mosh pit, audio/online highlight packages, driver.

Show Producer/Field Reporter - ABC Radio Newcastle (2011 - 2015)

4 years at ABC Newcastle, mainly working as producer on Afternoons with Carol Duncan & Mornings with Jill Emberson. Both programs increased in ratings and audience reach during my appointment as producer. 

Duties include sourcing and researching stories, contacting talent, scheduling stories, creating multi-platform content (Radio, Online) editing content, performing live crosses, studio production and operation, writing and interviewing talent.

Highlights include;
- Working across all programs at the station (Breakfast, Mornings, Afternoons, Drive, Evenings, Saturday Breakfast)

- Organising and conducting my own interviews for the Afternoons program.

- Acting as field reporter for countless live crosses into Breakfast/Drive programs.

- Researching, recording, editing and publishing several radio series on community issues in the Hunter region.

- Creating and curating the ABC Newcastle Instagram account, developing local following with several thousand followers within 6 months.
